Sites decontamination is one of the MSDEFCC’s priorities and the regulation is constantly evolving. The environmental regulation is getting stricter and it is important to know that owners are responsible for the impacts on their properties but also on the neighboring properties if there is migration of contaminants.

According to Réseau Environnement, we estimate that there are still 50 000 contaminated properties in the province of Quebec only. From confinement to in situ remediation, there are a wide variety of solutions for clients that want or are required to rehabilitate and decontaminate their property.

  • What is a change of use and how does it affect my project?
